Del’s journey in construction began with a solid foundation in the trades. For a decade, he honed his skills as a carpenter and ironworker, gaining invaluable insights into the building process. His union experience reinforced the importance of attention to detail and the pursuit of excellence.
Recognizing the need for continuous growth, Del made a pivotal decision: to further his education. He obtained his A and B construction licenses, expanding his expertise and opening new avenues for professional advancement. In June 2008, he founded Ultra Construction, embarking on a mission to transform spaces and create personalized living environments.
